This talk and the following support group course will be a heartfelt sharing of a way to change our inner quality of being and thus our experiencing of our outer reality.  That no matter whom we think we are, what our external circumstances are or what meaning or meaninglessness we give our lives, we can let go of driving, striving and pushing forward.
